Kahentiio started with me in 2013 as part of a KSCS group exercise class. She brought over the top humour and made every class a fun and exciting class. You never knew what'll happen next!
In the last 6 weeks she showed up with newfound determination and a new "attitude" that impressed me. Lifting heavier and performing harder then I've seen her perform. She has New Attainable fitness goals that she wants to conquer and at this pace I believe she will!
The "Manmaker"! A brutally tough exercise trainers love and clients hate. This is when I noticed her new drive. She did them! Not modified or half ass but the "real deal" Manmaker!
