It’s the Metabolic Abs workout. In this class you will take basic abdominal work and lower back exercises, and add challenging aspects to some sets. Equipment options that may be used include: the BOSU balance trainer, Stability Balls, KB's etc. This class will help develop a toned physique and improve total body strength, while developing your core muscles.

Total Fitness started out as an outdoor Bootcamp, and every Spring-Fall we bring it back. Tire flipping, Sled dragging, Tire tossing, Prowler Pushing, Ropes and Dodge Ball and lots more fun activities to get fit fast.
