September open class schedule

Reminders-

  • All classes start 10min after the hour. This gives trainers a chance to answer any individual questions a member may have, make protein shakes and/or prepare program for next class, and ends on the hour.​
  • Wear appropriate gym wear. ( No outdoor shoes allowed on gym floor )
  • Membership must be up to date to attend class or drop- in fee will apply.
  • Respect your trainer, your gym and the people exercising around you.
  • Wait in the waiting section until your training time. You can warm up and stretch until class officially starts at 10 after.
  • Clean and put back your equipment after you're done.
  • Have fun.
